This place suits me perfectly! The staff helped me find great destinations during my first stay. Excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge, and 24-hour reception add to my comfort. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

It's an ideal hip new hotel with really helpful and attentive staff members.

You had a good rest. It's about 15-20 minutes to the center on foot for a nice walk. Excellent staff, free underground parking. It's a wonderful breakfast. Rooms for 5+. We'd love to come back.

The kitchen's only up to 22. But that's a bit of a pickle.

Greatly enjoyed the location near the Vissla river. The lunch in Qualita Restaurant near the hotel had every choice imaginable. The rooms were air conditioned and brand-new, had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets...

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

A safe without a lock is nonsense.

Given the circumstances i.e the flight cancellations etc., I found the staff to be most helpfull. I would have to point out that the Dining Room Manager "Jacob" to be exceptionally helpfull. The staff especially would want to make me return!

fantastic access to historic sites and vibrant parks

During my recent stay, I loved how the hotel was situated just under 2 km from the fine Wawel Royal Castle and less than a 5-minute walk to the lively Forum Przestrzenie by the river, making my weekend city strolls good.

Restaurant staff pleasant, service efficient, breakfast selection exceptional

I had to complain about very noisy neighbours at 04:15am. I had to complain a second time at 04:30am when the same neighbours were chasing each other up and down the corridor. I eventually confronted them myself! On check out, for an early flight, at 05:55am I was not asked whether I had enjoyed my stay - perhaps these were the same staff who had not dealt with my problem the night before. I will not be staying in the hotel again nor recommending it to my business colleagues.

The best hotel, to stay during visit to Krakow. Will def choose it again. Best value for money, luxury conditions, breakfast and parking included.
